Steve Bronstein President
Currently Steve is the President of Front Office Team, a company he started at the beginning of 2005.
Steve is the Former Vice President of Technology for Venture Law Group (VLG). He has over 20 years of experience in designing, planning, and implementing complex computer networking systems including many advanced office automation systems.
In 1984, Steve started in the data processing operations department of one of the largest hospital supply manufacturers in Illinois, moving to a consulting role for a national computer distribution company in 1986. He then worked as a Systems Engineer for a computer consulting firm and later for a national reseller of PC systems. Joining a start-up company in 1989, he consulted for the legal automation market place. Rising to Director of Technology, Steve led a team of systems engineers, in designing, integrating and supporting several of the top law firms in the United States.

Kjell Pinter Director of Application Development
Kjell is currently the Director of Application Development at Front Office Team in Santa Clara, CA. Kjell has ten years of development experience. Kjell has been servicing the legal industry for four years. Kjell has been involved in numerous system implementations that involved database migrations and conversions. Kjell also has also built a number of custom applications for the legal industry which include Conflicts Checking and New Client Intake.
In 2003, Kjell helped launch the internet start-up, Gamelender LLC. He singlehandedly designed and built a custom CRM/ERP application suite. This included a support knowledge base, customer ticket/issue tracking, inventory management, and shipping/receiving. Kjell managed a team which supported these various applications for nearly three years.
Besides working for several startups, Kjell also spent 3 years at the 2nd largest software company in the world, Oracle Corp. Here he monitored and maintained several dozen clusters of mission-critical web servers and F5 BigIP load balancers.
Gretchen Bronstein Principal Software Engineer
Gretchen has been writing software in the Silicon Valley for 12 years on a variety of applications for the following industries: Legal, Clinical, Lab automation, Document management, Accounting and Insurance. Technologies include: .NET development with C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET and ASP.NET. SQLServer 2005, VBA for MS Office Word & Excel and VB6. Gretchen has full cycle development experience from R & D prototyping to shipping and support.
At Front Office Team she has written applications integrating with CMS, FileSurf, and Necho Expense systems for the Legal industry. Applications include ASP.NET front end to internal Intranet for our clients. Crystal Reports, Console app for import/export job tracking. Integrations with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Sharepoint.
Prior to joining Front Office Team, Gretchen worked as a software engineer for IMPAC Medical Systems for 4 years enhancing and porting a document management system for patient charts to the .NET platform. She also worked on the architecture team writing custom user controls.
Other positions include, writing R & D lab automation software for Robbins Scientific (now Matrix) for the Hydra + One and Tango robots used for high throughput screening. She has worked as a software developer for Rivio/CPA2Biz writing web based applications and ISCS writing insurance document management application.
